Make it out of plexiglass. Clear or smoked. No maintenance after that. I have a brand new teak one -- probably 20+ years, somewhere in my garage. . But If you want a teak plywood one, like the original, then try Gene Adams.His contact is somewhere on this website.

Yep! Smoked plexiglass - looks great, no maintenance. (Added benefit - sitting in the cabin during a rain or chilly overnight, you don't feel so closed in when the companionway door is in place.) - Jim
