subject:selling our san juan 21 near Charlotte, NC Lake Norman I-77
We have owned this sj21 for three years and must sell this summer. It has been a great boat and a lot of fun. Sailed on Lake Norman for the last two summers, this boat is ready to go. I have more pictures available on a website I created: http://www.englishrealtylimited.com/sanjuan $2,200. We began replacing the rigging, and the running rigging is new. We have replaced 25% of the standing rigging and a new harken block. New keel wire replaced last year. New leaf spring on the trailer, two new tires, new wood running boards with new carpet, new stainless steel nuts and bolt hardware. Solid boat and no soft areas.
