Stainless Steel used by Clark Boat



I still deal with the same machine shop that Clark did and they used either 304 or 316 stailless. Most was 304 because 316 is hard to get in most sizes. 316 is also more expensive, and Clarks were not known to spend excessively. If failures are happening, there are other factors causing them other than the material. Gene Adams
