subject:Unofficial "Race for the Case" Summary
Hey all.I posted an unofficial summary of the 2008 Gulfport-to-Biloxi "Race for the Case" on my blog.

In short, I met up with Nate Payne from Ocean Springs, MS and his son Dylan and we raced our two boats, Schatzie (#1186) and Raven (#1977) against much larger boats in a pursuit start. We represented SJ21's well, especially considering our starting line problems. We took 1st and 4th in the non-spin division. Looking forward to doing it again next year. In the mean time, we are thinking of doing the Lost Bay Regatta in Perdido Beach, FL (Sep. 13) or the Dauphin Island Race in Mobile, AL (April 25-26, 2009). All are welcome to join us. Take care.
