Thanks Roy, Since my rudder system was in need of repair when I bought it, I have no idea how much tension I should put on the bungees to keep the rudder down. I also noticed holes in the back of the upper fiberglass portion & wondered if there was some sort of a hold down latch or other mechanism there. Or was it just a cosmetic piece of wood. I have looked but never been able to find any good pics. Can anyone help with that?
