21 Eastern Nationals (and fun gathering!)Please come to the event Aug 29-31 at the Lake Norman Yacht Club near Charlotte, NC. We are running the event in conjunction with the Club's Labor Day event, which will have great food, a super party Sat night ( live entertainment) and hopefully some good sailing. Swap tips, cruise stories or San Juan parts with fellow enthusiasts! We plan a practice race on Friday 29 August with an informal cookout that evening.
Racing Saturday and Sunday , and a 'cruise and raft up' could be arranged for Monday if there is interest.
Anyone from out of the area who might want to also participate in the Columbia Sail Club's Outback regatta on October 4-5 would be welcome to leave your boat at LNYC for the interim instead of towing it home....Please pass the word. We would love to see you here.
