I haven't seen anything like that myself, but that one looks like it was probably home made to me.I'd just find a place like http://www.metalsupermarkets.com/msc-home.aspx in your area. Maybe not this exact company, but there are lots like it. Pick up some aluminum or steel C channel, do some cutting/grinding, and find a welder in your area to lay down some beads for ya. Then start polishing.
