I'm wanting to change my mainsheet set up to the one described by Bob Abelin on this link http://sanjuan21.net/msgs/8512.htm

I have heard of several folks using a "headknocker" in their set up as does Bob. Where can I buy one and what name should I use for that particular block and jam cleat combination?
