Help, please. Where do I find a listing of active and inactive SJ21 fleets around the West coast? We're at a yacht club with a currently inactive SJ21 fleet and would like to get it going again. How do I confirm our (inactive) fleet number, re-register the fleet with the Association, register a boat in that fleet? Oh the questions do abound! Thanks for any insight.
